With a Permanent Straightening, you can tie your hair up immediately and also get it wet straight away. So going to the gym is a definite yes! With a Semi-Permanent, we recommend that you wash it the next day and once you’ve washed it, you can tie it back. Do not tie it back immediately after the treatment, we like to let it settle for a bit.

With a Permanent Straightening, you will have to remove your extensions before treatments can be done, but as soon as the treatment is done you can pop the extensions straight back in. With a Semi-Permanent treatment, you must remove the extensions before the treatment is processed. We recommend that you shampoo your hair the next day in the morning, once you have shampooed and dried your hair you can put the extensions straight back in.

You can curl and style your hair as normal . It’s just like having naturally straight hair. But so much easier for because there’s no Frizz or curl!

Our permanent treatments are permanent but they will grow out. They do not wear off the hair, so longevity will depend on everyone’s growth. But we recommend coming back on average every 6 to 12 months. For Semi-Permanent, we recommend coming back every 4 months, as they will wear off the hair.

All colours will go lighter if your hair is coloured. If your hair is virgin hair and never has been coloured, it rarely changes colour. Permanent/Semi-Permanent Colours If you have a colour all over (not bleach) you can colour your hair straight after the treatment. Hi Lift Blondes and Bleach Highlights We recommend either colouring it before the treatment or at least two weeks after the treatment.

Yes, no problem. Our treatments will help improve the condition and make your hair healthier, stronger and hydrated. With our blondes, we do a double infusion of hydration to make the hair softer and rejuvenated. It’s like Botox for the hair! Our treatments are also an amazing repair treatment for any damaged hair. This is for both Permanent and Semi-Permanent treatments.

For Permanent Straightening, this will depend on the length. Shoulder length to bra length 4 -4.5 hrs. If it’s longer in length, 5hrs plus. It is difficult to provide an accurate time because if your hair is thinner it won’t take as long but if your hair is thick or extra thick it will take longer. If your hair is really curly, it will also take longer. Please make sure you have at least half the day to spare, depending on your hair qualities. We do not rush treatments as they need to be done perfectly before you leave the salon. We aim for perfection and no less. Semi-Permanent can take about 3 hours, depending on the length. If it is extra long, it’ll be another hour.

To take care of your hair at home, shampoo, condition, apply some oil to the ends and blow dry your hair as per normal. Some clients let their hair dry naturally and they are happy with the results but we recommend to blow dry it.
